These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Morning Thinking Juice websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

2. Orders, Pricing, Billing & Shipping

• Accuracy. Provide complete and accurate information when placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory limits, errors).
• Pricing & Taxes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.
• Payment. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Shipping & Risk of Loss. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries or services, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription by following the instructions provided in your account or order emails.

4. Returns & Refunds

For help with returns or refunds, contact us at [email protected] or (661) 858-8870 within 30 days of delivery. For safety reasons, consumable products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by law.

All content and materials in the Services—including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software—are owned by Morning Thinking Juice or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without prior written permission.

6. User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Morning Thinking Juice a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

• Violating any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services;
• Accessing the Services using automated means without permission;
• Posting unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to obtain source code of the Services.

We may provide access to or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, carriers, or payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services and make no warranties regarding them. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their terms.

Promotional offers are subject to change and may be limited to specific products, quantities, or dates. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined or applied to prior purchases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Thinking Juice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in California for any disputes that are not subject to informal resolution.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted to this page with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
